Shades of green, gold, purple, burgundy and cream are included in the 20 yards of fabric in this kit. It includes everything for the quilt top and binding. You will need 8 1/2 yds of backing and the pattern. We would not recommend this quilt for beginners.

Jackie Robinson from Animas Quilts designed this beautiful quilt using the Maywood Studios fabric line "He Loves Me". The 2 color border stripe is used in the border, and also highlights the 14" blocks. This is our 2007 Block of the Month quilt. Our kit includes 12 pre-cut blocks, patterns, and a finish kit that includes sashing, borders and binding. We used the large yellow daisy print from the same line of fabric for our backing.

Jackie Robinson from Animas Quilts designed this great pattern made for block of the month programs. We used the Moda line of fabric Bound to the Prairie by Kansas Troubles to give a totally different look from the "He Loves Me" quilt. The rich dark colors in navy, burgundy, green and tan make a queen size quilt that will fit in with many homes colors. The 14" blocks come pre-cut and ready to sew! The kit includes 12 blocks, with each packaged and labeled, patterns and a finish kit that includes sashing, borders and binding. We used a tan backing with small flowers of navy & burgundy from this same line of fabric.

We have added an RJR confetti print for the background that ties together all the great reproduction print colors in this quilt. The kit includes fat quarters to give the quilt lots of variety, the confetti background, and a blue binding from the Aunt Grace collection. Minnesota Hotdish

You betcha! This quilt is all Minnesota.... The pattern comes from the book by Minnesota designer, Terry Atkinson, called Minnesota Hotdish... and even has hotdish recipes as well as several versions of the quilt pattern. The fabrics in this kit are all RJR Thimbleberries, which were designed by Lynette Jensen... also from Minnesota. The background is a cream color, and border, corner squares and binding are black, and the kit includes fat quarters for a nice variety in greens, dark reds, browns, golds, and blacks. We have this kit available in 3 sizes (lap size, twin size, queen size), with the larger sizes having a larger variety of fat quarters. Sooo... cook up a pot of wild rice soup, enjoy putting this fun easy quilt together, and you may find yourself talking Minnesotan... Yah... you betcha!
