Shipping Notes

If there is a change in shipping price, we will let you know by email (if your email address is incorrect, we will call by phone) how much we credited/debited to you.  NOTE:  Flannel and wide backings will cost more to ship...we can e-mail you with an estimate.  (ex: 1yd of flannel = 2 yds of cotton fabric)

Payment Methods

Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Paypal: Paypal is accepted.

Personal checks: If you decide to pay by a check, make sure that when you checkout that you click the "Check/Money Order Button". Please allow 5-7 days for the checks to clear and items will be shipped out the following day after the check clears.

Buying Online

When you find the product you would like to purchase, make sure you get to the product details, then click on "Add to Cart". That will add the product and whatever you select for options to the cart for checkout.

Tracking Your Purchase

After you get done purchasing your items from Rivercityquilts.com, you will get a order confirmation number and get a confirmation email confirming your order online at Rivercityquilts.com. If you DO NOT get a confirmation email, be patient as it may be a delay in the email. You may also want to check your junk mail or spam filter in case it got caught in your email system.  If you would like a delivery confirmation number please add a note to the comments section of the order and we will add $1.25 for each package. 

Return Policy

If you are not happy for any reason with your order from River City Quilts, you may return the merchandise, provided it is in the same condition we sent it. We will credit your account when it is received (minus a 15% restocking fee). Shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a problem with the merchandise. Books and patterns are not returnable. No returns after 30 days.
