I gave up on the LQS as they have been gonna order it for many months and I sort of ran out of patience. LOL Thanks both for saving me $3 and your quick service. I placed three quilt fabric orders, each from different suppliers, on the same day and the comparison between each order placed and processed was remarkable. I was searching for fabric to match some that I purchased more then two months ago!! Amazingly when entering your web site I found the perfect match within minutes! I was thrilled!! What are the odds of finding exactly what I was looking for so quickly! All three fabric orders have been received and despite each being correct, there was noticeable differences: Order 1: River City Quilts order: cut straight on each end and neatly folded in zip lock type plastic bag, business card enclosed, packing/invoice order enclosed. and suitable/protective mailing package. Order #: Web site name withheld: fabric cut edge raveled on one edge and cut significantly crooked on the other, no protective plastic around fabric at all, no identification of sender except return address on mailing envelope, no receipt, however mailing package was adequate for order. Order 3: Web site name withheld: fabric cut edge again significantly crooked (appeared to be a ripped edge, plastic wrap around fabric appeared to be second hand with multiple torn areas scotch-taped around fabric, fabric was very wrinkled, not folded but wadded into plastic covering, mailing package was too small and arrived with small tear in package (however fabric not damaged), no identification of sender except return address on package, and no receipt. Once again, each order arrived in timely manner with correct total yardage and undamaged. Each fabric washed, dried , pressed and squared nicely. I found it interesting in the significant differences in each supplier and wanted to thank you for the extra effort your company extends.
