1. General Info:

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Online
  • Personal checks are welcome. If you decide to pay by a check, make sure that when you checkout that you click the "Check/Money Order Button". Please allow 5-7 days for the checks to clear and items will be shipped out the following day after the check clears.
  • Minnesota residents add 7% sales tax.
  • We ship US Priority Mail, unless River City Quilts determines that UPS is cheaper for the purchase. If there is a change in shipping price (always lower, never higher), we will let you know by email(if you haven't given a email address, we will call by phone) how much we credited to you.
2. U.S. Shipping rates are as follows:

$0 - $30.00 : $5.50
$30.01 - $50.00 : $7.00
$50.01 - $100.00 : $10.00
$100.01 + : $12.00

Minnesota Residents, must pay 7% tax on the item(s) they purchase online.

3. International Shipping

We ship international to anywhere for whatever the cost is. We will ship the cheapest way, unless told otherwise.

4. How do I buy online?

When you find the product you would like to purchase, make sure you get to the product details, then click on "Add to Cart". That will add the product and whatever you select for options to the cart for checkout. If you have shopped here before, you should see your information when you decide to purchase the product.

After you get done purchasing a product online, you will get a order confirmation number, and get a confirmation email confirming your order online at rivercityquilts.com

5. What is your return policy?

If you are not happy for any reason with your order from River City Quilts, you may return the merchandise, provided it is in the same condition we sent it. We will credit your account when it is received (minus a 15% restocking fee). Shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a problem with the merchandise. Books and patterns are not returnable. No returns after 30 days.
